Integrative therapy for individuals
Life can become overwhelming for many reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel right. Sometimes the challenge is linked to a specific life event. At other times, it can feel like a persistent pattern that is difficult to understand or change. Integrative therapy offers a flexible, personalised approach that recognises every individual is unique.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to your needs rather than asking you to fit into a single therapeutic model. Drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy, I work collaboratively with you to understand not only your current difficulties but also the underlying experiences, relationships and patterns that may be shaping them. Together, we explore how your past influences your present, while developing greater awareness, resilience and new ways of moving forward.
Therapy is more than simply managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional wellbeing, improve your relationships, and live more authentically. Whether you are facing a significant life transition, experiencing emotional distress, or seeking personal growth, therapy provides a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely.
I have particular experience supporting professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, expatriates, and individuals living across cultures. Many of my clients navigate the unique pressures of demanding careers, relocation, identity, belonging, or balancing different cultural expectations. My multicultural background and experience working internationally allow me to offer a culturally sensitive approach that recognises the complexities of modern life.
