I’m Lei Sorvisto, a therapist who works with people navigating ambition, identity, and the challenges of living across cultures. Many of my clients are expats, executives, or global professionals who appear successful on the outside but privately wrestle with uncertainty, loneliness, or questions of belonging.

My therapeutic style is warm, discreet, and culturally attuned. Like most therapists, I support clients with anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions—but my special focus is self-growth. I help people who want more than symptom relief, who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a clearer sense of direction. Together, we explore not just “what’s wrong,” but also who you’re becoming, and how to align your inner life with the outer one you’re building.

Having lived in China, Finland, Singapore, and the UK, and with two decades in senior leadership roles, I bring both professional insight and lived experience to my client work. I hold an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London and am pursuing a PhD in Counselling while completing an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s University. I offer online and in-person sessions in London, creating a safe and thoughtful space for growth.
